Hockey Rasin’s goal to his former team’s gates didn’t help Dynamo
In the major match today two teams met which were considered favorites to win the first prize - Dynamo and Metallurg (Magnitogorsk). The Dynamo players won on October, 7 in Moscow with the result 3:1 but today the champions gained revenge with the same score. |
The interest to the match was heated by the appearance of the leader of Magnitororsk team Andrey Rasin - first time in the sports shirt of another team. For Metallurg is playing also Valery Karpov, who started the season with Dynamo. Rasin played well against his former team; on the 4th minute he scored a short-handed goal. But the Dynamo players didn't manage to proceed like they've started - notwithstanding multiple penalties the home team managed to break the game and score a goal in each period, making 45 shots to the gates. |
