Judo The President Cup will return home
The third team judo tournament "RF President Cup" will take place in Magnitogorsk on July, 2002. It will be included in the program of celebrating 70th anniversary of the Magnitogorsk metallurgical industrial complex (MMC), SE-Internet correspondent Boris TITOV reports. |
We shall remind that it was the administration of Chelyabinsk region that initiated the first President Cup together with the MMC and Russian Judo Federation. The matches with the unprecedented prize fund of $250,000 were held on December, 9, 2000 in the Romazan's Ledovy palace, Metallurg hockey team plays on its main arena. |
The rights on holding the second President Cup were given to Novokuznetsk. The tournament will take place in the metallurgical capital of Siberia on December, 22. The third one will return home. |
