Football PFL is not going to discharge six points from Torpedo-ZIL
According to the official press release of PFL the letter from Spartak (Moscow) containing financial claims to Torpedo-ZIL will not lead to points discharging from the latter. |
PFL explains that the letter from Spartak is claiming Torpedo-ZIL with non-paying against the contract for the Spartak player Nikolay Pisarev transfer on November, 16, 2001. According to the paragraph 19, article 16 of the Regulations "claims on the debts for the transfer contracts, handed less than 5 days before the last calendar match of the debtor club are examined without discharging 6 points". The championship finished on November, 8. |
The letter will be discussed on the regular meeting of the Controlling and Disciplinary Committee (CDC) Bureau in PFL on November 28. According to the paragraph 18, article 16 of the regulations the club non paying for the transfer contract before the end of the fiscal year (December, 31) can be excluded on the proposal of CDC Bureau from the list of participants of the Russian championship by the RFS Executive Committee. |
